In this transmission, Laaneesi describes the societal structures of the Andromedan Kh-aael and how they coordinate collective activity and decision making. Laaneesi explains how groups, councils and panels organise scientifc research and defence capabilities and how heart-based communication and telepathy enables their society to operate with a common purpose.

This is Laaneesi of the Kh-aael.  I am returning to continue the exploration of the Andromedan Kh-aael societies with you on this here platform. Greetings from onboard the So-No craft. In the previous transmissions I have given you glimpses of our Group, of how we are organised on our planets and in this transmission I will give you a more specific description of how we organise ourselves and how we interact with each other on a society level, on a collective level, and in subsequent transmissions me and my companions will present to you how this approach to organisation transfers and works extremely well on board the motherships during the very long missions that we go on in the Galaxy and beyond. We still see value in some of us incarnating as fifth dimensional physical beings because we enjoy very much being of service, we enjoy contributing to each other very much and we enjoy contributing to other societies of the Galaxy very much.

It has taken us many millions of years, as you count them, in evolution to be able to connect harmoniously to each other as a collective but at the same time honour our individual strengths and capacities. Our society, as we have mentioned before, comprises of both physical and non-physical consciousness. As such, us as physical beings, whether we exist on spacecrafts or whether we exist on planets, communicate continuously and seamlessly with other aspects of our society that exist in non-physical and other higher planes of existence. These councils and collectives not only act as Guides, but they act as an energetic calibration tool. Their energy, in a sense, helps us coalesce around the core of our mission, the core of who we are, and they serve as a constant reminder of why we incarnated as physical beings and why we are not in the non-physical realms with them.

We have explained in prior transmissions that we are organised via Groups and the communication between us and these Groups of hierarchy happens by two modalities that are very connected to each other. One communication modality is the communication of the Heart, and the other one is telepathy. When you are communicating telepathically with another being there can be no secrets. Essentially, your energetic fields communicate with each other and there is an instantaneous understanding and transmission of information. You are in a way “open books” as you call it on Earth, “open books” for each other. All of you are moving in that direction and that is entirely appropriate but we want you to start visualising a society in which your leaders, your representatives, communicated with an open heart and no secrets. Just imagine how different everything would be.

The fact that we operate in such a fully present and energetically wholesome way creates a wonderful environment in which we see each other, we acknowledge each other, and we let each other be who they are. At the same time, our species has evolved to the point where the Souls incarnating in our system are Souls that are naturally attuned and suitable to be part of a service-oriented physical species. That is something that occurred naturally with evolution and because our lifespans are a lot longer than yours, we don't have the need to have a very high turnover. Also, the Souls that incarnate as physical beings want to achieve certain milestones, want to make certain contributions during their lifetimes of service. Therefore, we also do not have the high turnover of incarnations that all of you are familiar with on the earth. The death and transition experience is very different on our system than yours. Because the souls that incarnate with us are very well aligned with the collective purpose and because the souls that incarnate stay incarnated for many cycles of service, we are naturally able at this point, to organise ourselves in a very harmonious and effortless way.

As our species evolved, we went through the stages of initial evolution and then we went through our persecution phase and our survival phase. We experienced and witnessed a lot of injustices. We did not experience them necessarily in a dramatic way like a lot of you experience them on Earth, but we have seen a lot of it, and we have decided at this point to organise ourselves based on the Heart. We do not manifest crime. We do not manifest hunger, disease, lack of resources. All the beings that physically incarnate in our society decide on some level to contribute and then based on our way of working and communicating to each other we can support each other accordingly. We will give you some examples of how we are organised and how we manage our affairs and our businesses and our workflows on our planet.

We have a lot of settlements, for example, dedicated to scientific research. The agenda in the scope of that scientific research is trickled down via the ultimate ruling authority, which is the Andromedan High Council, which is a spiritual organisation, the spiritual energetic compass of our species. As information and inklings are trickling down through the dimensions to the physical beings from them, we also receive from the other ruling councils that we have. We receive information about the projects that are unfolding, the missions that are being worked on. So, there is a panel, we call them the scientific panels, who decide the priorities and then they organise the various specialists in groupings. The groupings naturally coalesce depending on the expertise and the tendencies. The work is naturally shared, and it progresses according to the optimised path. That is an example.

We also organise ourselves primarily in the areas of interest therefore the people who find themselves working together are naturally inclined to do so. For us, gender doesn't mean nearly as much as it means to you. Gender for us is merely a tool to express our energetic signature as we incarnate. Therefore, we do not need to deal with the consequences of the discrimination of gender. We have been working with many other planets, and we have been depositing packets of information on many other planets that work with segregation of societies according to different metrics. We find that an incredibly inefficient way of being but at the same time we understand that such societies need to manifest those obstacles so that they can surpass them so that they can learn through them.

We are not interested in war. We are focused on peace and harmony. However, we are perfectly capable of defending ourselves and we have proven ourselves to be very flexible and adaptable survivors. We give you this introduction because now we want to talk a little bit about defence forces. We do not want to call them military forces because they are not there to attack anyone, they are not there to make an offence. Peace is important to us, and we are indeed prepared to protect it. We are speaking to you from a vantage point that is indeed very unique, and we are in deep appreciation of it. We are not the kind of species that provokes any others and given our resources and capabilities we are the type of species that most want to have allyship with and not make enemies of us. However, we do have units, not only on the planets and around the planets but we also have a lot of energetic systems to protect ourselves and defend ourselves.

At this point in our evolution, we depend a lot on the power of consciousness, we depend a lot on our ability to deflect a situation before it even arises. Our defence forces are organised loosely according to purpose and even though we have a hierarchy, the hierarchy is linked to our spiritual compass, the Andromedan High Council. Non-physical collectives cannot orchestrate military operations and defence operations but before we engage in any active operation, we always engage with the actual outcome that we want to achieve. We work very closely with the Galactic Federation, and we also enjoy a lot of the friendships and allyships that we have under the auspice of the Galactic Federation. Therefore, our defence forces are inextricably linked with the forces of the Galactic Federation. We like to take a long-term view; we like to take a high-level view. All of us incarnate with a very long cycle of service ahead of us therefore we do not like to have short term interests deflect us from the result we want to achieve. By short term we do not mean days and months from your perspective, we mean generations and generations from your perspective. We operate on a completely different timescale to you. We are giving you this information so we can show you how differently we approach our organisational aspects.

Societal equity is of outmost important to us. There are several areas on Zaaneea, our main planet, with many buildings dedicated to the councils and collectives and various societal groups so they can come together and have discussions, have meetings and organise themselves and align themselves. The buildings are not made from inert substances like your buildings. The buildings in which all these discussions and meetings are being held are made from material that is alive! This material is an energetic extension of our collective consciousness and as the discussions and the planning takes place, we can immediately see the impact that this might have on the collective consciousness because we perceive the energy of the building. Essentially, we surround ourselves with the potential impact of those discussions and we have automatic feedback about that. Therefore, we know how to steer the conversations, how to focus on what's important.
