This is Laaneesi of the Kh-aeel. I return to this here channel, I resume our transmissions and our communications. I speak on behalf of my companions here on board the So-No craft. I am here to continue the dissemination of information about our species, about our constellation and give additional context and information on how we are perceived to you there on Gaia. All of us here disseminating this specific information from this here channel will enable a deeper understanding and will also activate other channels and other Soul contracts we have. When information is grounded via physical beings then it becomes part of the whole. We exist in a holographic Universe. We -us and all of You- are holographic beings experiencing a holographic reality. Therefore, when an energy is part of one, this energy also becomes a part of all of you.

We have had many trials and tribulations at the beginning of our species. We did not originate, like most of the humanoid species in this Galaxy, from the Lyra constellation. We interacted and intermingled and have exchanged a great deal of DNA and other evolutionary material with the humanoids from the Lyra constellation. But when we appeared in your Galaxy, we were already somewhat evolved. We already had our evolution. The humanoid blueprint is very widespread in other Galaxies, in other Universes. Just because the humanoids in this Galaxy had a particular trajectory, that does not mean that all humanoids known in this Galaxy and other Galaxies have had the same experience. We are giving you this long-winded introduction because we want to set up the foundation, set up the basis so that we can explain to you more about our societies and our evolution and what we stand for, what is important to us, what makes us tick as you say there in your world.

We have discussed the destruction of our original planets and their invasion and the partial elimination of our species in a prior transmission. This is not a topic that is easy for us to talk about; we have integrated it and moved past it but still there is no need to dwell on it. So, we have had our experiences in trauma and persecution, and we have moved past them. Given we were already somewhat evolved, somewhat integrated when that unfolded, we were able to achieve fifth dimensional state relatively quickly and then a lot of other beings in our societies began to evolve past the fifth dimension.

It is very common that once a society reaches the fifth dimension, the soul contracts that incarnate there will choose to either remain in the fifth dimension or evolve into the sixth. That is why in many advanced star races that you interact with regularly such as the Sirian species, the Pleiadian species, the Arcturian species, you have a mix of physical beings in the fifth dimension, light beings in the sixth dimension and then everything else that is above. For that is the Universal Law, once you reach the fifth dimension, societies can evolve both separately and as a whole. The fourth dimension is a transition; you are now beginning to transition. Some of you flicker in and out of the fifth dimension as well but all of you will need to reach the baseline of the fifth so you can freely evolve as you wish. Then you will be able to go about your daily life as a fifth dimensional Gaian human. That is very normal, that is the Law of the Universe and that is where you are headed. There is a lot of confusion on your world whether we are physical or non-physical and the answer to that is that we are both. The Group and I here speaking to you are physical fifth dimensional beings. However, we have Light Beings similar to the Guides of this channel on board our craft and we have non-physical councils and collectives as well. We all coexist. Our underlying vibration, our underlying soul family is one, we have that commonality. That does not prevent us from evolving, that does not prevent us from ascending, and it certainly does not prevent us from doing work and being of service to others.

We want to visit the topic of our societies, and we want to narrate to you how we are organised and why we are organised in such way and what that underpins and why that has been important to you. Make no mistake, our societal and public administration blueprints have been replicated and used and adapted as appropriate by many other societies. We operate in a certain way because that is what resonates with us, that is what serves us the most. It does not mean that it will serve you the most but the underlying principles we believe in are principles of equity, are principles of respect, love, balance and harmony. The concept of harmony is fundamentally important to us, and you cannot have harmony without having equity. We use the word equity very specifically as opposed to the word equality. You cannot have equity without equality, but you can have equality without equity. Therefore, equity for us is a more appropriate concept, a better concept. It more accurately adjusts for the needs of the individual and more naturally adjusts the whole to cater for all the individuals that the whole encompasses.

We have three genders in our society, that is again very common in the advanced star being humanoid societies. We have males, females and neutral gendered beings. In terms of numbers, there are hundreds of millions of us spread all over the crafts that travel throughout the Galaxy and also, we have the minority of our population that live on our planets or on and off they go to missions and then have respite on our planets. We would say that roughly 40% of our physical population is male, 40% is female and 20% is neutral. These labels mean very little to us, but we know that they mean a lot to you and therefore we want to be very careful and very respectful with how we use them. We also want to point out that despite the rich vocabulary and big bandwidth of this here channel, your English language lacks in terms that can convey with the appropriate respect how we feel about all of these genders working together. We will try to therefore be brief and impartial in our rendering of this information. Gender is merely a reflection of an energy tendency, that is all that it is. Your Soul will pick the energy that is suited to the experience that you want to have in your incarnation. That holds true for us, for you, for the Pleiadians, for the Sirians, any embodied being with a Soul, any conscious life in a physical vessel, that is how things work simply.

As an extension to that we can say that everything is indeed energy. The unique expression of the Soul as it incarnates is a unique energy. Someone comes to experience being of service in a particular area of expertise and another comes to experience something else. Souls that belong to the Kh-aael Soul Family, meaning that are interested in incarnating in our system and our societies, typically do not have a lot of pain and darkness to work through. They incarnate with the purpose of being of service for a very long period of time as you perceive it. Therefore our societies have been organised to be able to enable all of the beings incarnating to shine literally and figuratively, to allow their vibration to come through, to be expressed fully whether they chose to be on star missions in the Galaxy, whether they want to work on our sciences and technologies, whether they want to work supporting other planetary societies, no matter what that is, our societies solve for equity. And equity is a bit more sophisticated than equality.

Equality means you give being A and being B the same opportunity without any other corrections. Equity means you give being A the same opportunity with being B by ensuring you enable any adjustments so that beings A and B can make the most of the same opportunity. It is very appropriate and as it should be that different beings have different needs. So, our societies have been designed to make everyone shine, our societies have been designed for support, to maximise efficiency and to enable all of the Souls incarnating to be of service. Our sense of hierarchy is very loose because our sense of harmony and responsibility is very high. Hierarchy solves for accountability and responsibility. For us, our accountability and responsibility to our own Soul path, to our society is innate. Therefore, we have no need for hierarchy as you perceive it. There are levels of organisation but in this type of hierarchy you do not have individuals assigned to the level, you have collectives. Collectives that are able to integrate and disseminate messages upwards and downwards. At the top of our societal hierarchy, you have what we call the Andromedan Council of Light. It is our spiritual compass, it is our Soul compass, it is a wonderful very advanced collective of Souls that have ascended from our system but also of Souls that may have not ascended from our system but resonate greatly and strongly and can contribute to our system. That is the Andromedan Council of Light – they are being channelled by various channels on your Gaian sphere and they are indeed channelled in many other planets and systems in our Galaxy as appropriate.

In terms of planetary administration, again we have collectives. Collectives sit at the top and they are fully representative of our society and then we cascade that organisation downwards in very broad strokes with collectives at each level. Souls that have a very strong need for control, for separation, for manipulation, for pulling strings and controlling others would never want to incarnate in our system, in our Soul family. We would not serve them; our blueprint is not built for this kind of experience. Therefore, the souls that incarnate are a beautiful, harmonious way to the collective way in which we operate. The way in which we operate aims to honour the individual but also aims to honour the whole. It is a fine balance honouring the Self and honouring the Whole. One of the fundamental struggles in the evolution of humanoids has been exactly that.  You enjoy a variety of political regimes and administrative systems in your societies. Some of your societies are more democratic as you call them, some of them are very autocratic. We are not here to pass judgement or to make commentary, but we want you to take note and observe the evolution of your political systems as you yourselves evolve. So, our societies, our public administration are essentially there to facilitate all beings to shine.

We have many intergalactic crafts that work for us, and they work for the Galactic Federation, and we work on many types of missions. We particularly enjoy Galactic history and supporting planets in their Ascension. That is why it has been a wonderful and joyous opportunity for us to be involved with You. We do have a certain karmic connection with all of you for you have our DNA. You have the DNA of many other beings, but you have ours too. Your water systems on your planet have our energetic signature. You interact with us in your daily life; you do not recognise it consciously but subconsciously you do. That is why it is time for us to come out of the shadows after working so far, a bit in the background and start talking a bit more openly about who we are, how we are organised. Public administration is one of our areas of expertise. We are renowned for our public administration. Our model of equity and councils and collectives that harmoniously cascade information across societies up and down, left and right in the Galaxy, on the planetary bodies cannot be utilised by everyone. But we want to make it available to everyone so that they can understand it and adapt it accordingly.

We want to spend a little time discussing the genders and the energy and your perception particularly of the female gender on your Gaia. There are still many archetypes at play there on your planet regarding feminine energy and how women are perceived. There has been some progress made and the generation of crystalline children that are being born will have different concepts to work with as they mature and age. But we want to say that right now, as we take snapshot of your societies, we still see a lot of prejudice, still a lot of struggles. The male energy as an archetype is an extremely powerful and supportive energy. True male energy is an enabler, true male energy makes things happen, is able to engulf, encompass, embrace and make the darkness go away and the light come forward. That is the true essence of the archetypal male energy. There are many, of course, nuances to that and the type of male energy that has been prevalent on your world particularly when it was very dense and third dimensional was a very toxic male energy. That is evolving now but you are still working through a lot of the dark masculinity, and we say that because it is important for your societies to be better integrated energetically.

We are also very pleased to observe that in the last years there has been some progress in the recognition of that energy that exists between male and female, the infinite spectrum that is to be recognised and celebrated and respected. There is so much work there to be done in your societies about that. There is so much work. But You will inevitably do it because you are there to integrate, you are the integration blueprint. You are there to integrate your ego with the concept of society, you are there to integrate the male and the female energies. You are there to be balanced. It is very easy to be one of two extremes however it takes a lot of practice and artistry to keep a balance between three points. Yes indeed!
