#58 The Sirians - How and Why Councils and Collectives are Formed in the Higher Dimensions -The Sirian High Council and The Tribunal Council of Sirius

This is The Sirians! It is very wonderful indeed to be returning back to this here platform so we can share information about us, our civilisation and the intergalactic community at large. In prior transmissions we have introduced ourselves in detail and we have explained that there is seven of us transmitting, five light beings, one physical fifth-dimensional being and an aspect of the eleventh-dimensional Sirian High Council. We have also mentioned in another transmission that we are governed by the Tribunal Council of Sirius. Today, we would like to give you a bit more information about the Sirian High Council and the Tribunal Council, how these spiritual bodies are positioned in our society and how they support us energetically and how they support us collectively.

We are very aware and very familiar with the terminology “council” and “collectives” and we would like to spend a little bit of time explaining how these words are used and what they mean, how that looks like in the higher dimensions and how and why when these groups are formed it is inevitably and always in the higher dimensions. As consciousness moves up the ladder of dimensionality, it makes the need for separation smaller, and it places emphasis on the perception of Self in relation to others. As such, when a being chooses to incarnate in the third dimension, then they will experience a very extreme form of separation not only from other beings in their own dimension but from everything else in other dimensions as well.

In the fourth dimension, one begins to lose this extreme duality of separation and one begins to perceive the part they play in the whole and begins to understand not only how one’s choices impact the collective but also how the collective impacts the one and therefore there is a great sense of connection not only macroscopically with the collective but also microscopically  with all aspects of the Self. For example, you begin to perceive yourself as energetic and spiritual and you begin to acknowledge that you are greater than your body and so on and so forth. In the fifth dimension, the transition that began on the fourth is mature and complete and now you are a physical being, however you are highly connected not only to all energetic and spiritual aspects of you but to the energetic and spiritual aspects of the collective, wherever that collective may be, whether it is on your planet or other planets, whether it is on your dimension or other dimension.

In the sixth dimension you begin to lose your physicality, you begin to move to a greater connectivity point and in fact that connectivity now is so strong that you shed your physical vessel and you have a light vessel, so it is an energetic remnant of the physicality. The seventh dimension is indeed the first dimension that a Soul experiences without any attachment to physical form and begins to attach itself to other Soul groups because there is no need for separation anymore; you have shed your physicality, you have shed your light body attributes  and you are now to be part of something greater and that is where the concepts of councils, of collectives  and groups comes in. These are essentially collections of souls, of aspects of Source that align greatly with a specific purpose, with a specific imprint, blueprint, strategy and intent. The Souls that have nothing to gain from being separate and physical and in the sixth and lower dimensions, move into being part of these greater collectives and add not only to the power of their own Soul blueprint but to the power of the collective as well.

This heightening of connection and amalgamation with others moves all the way up to the eleventh dimension, one step below the twelfth. The twelfth dimension is complete unity consciousness. Twelfth is being so advanced that one does not even need to be part of a collective, you can be one with Source. So, according to the way the regiment and framework that we have been using consistently since we have been giving you these transmissions works, the twelfth dimension is the unity consciousness dimension. Now, the majority of all the evolved star races and intergalactic friends that you have, exist in the fifth dimension and up, meaning they have a variety of expressions of themselves such as physical, non-physical and indeed in light form. The spirituality of those races and the governance of those races differs greatly as appropriate. However, the common thread that you will see, particularly amongst the humanoid races, is the positioning around councils and collectives that vibrate strongly with the particular energetic imprint of the entire collective. Because they are higher dimensional and because they are vibrating closer to Source, they have a very deep knowledge and intimate awareness of all the Akashic records, all the timelines and indeed the direction in which these collectives or blueprint of that species might be moving towards and hence are able from that higher and more complete vantage point to provide Guidance.

You will have already seen that the words councils and collectives are used quite frequently. Based on the way that we perceive your translation, we want to say that the word “council” implies that they operate as a particular taskforce, they have a task ahead of them, they are able to give advice that needs to be executed, that needs to be worked on. Whereas “collectives” provide non-binding advice and are there to act as faithful counsellors, Guides as energetic touchpoints and checkpoints. So in our view, and bearing in mind how these words have been used in your languages on your planet, we think that the safest way for you to interpret is that when you hear “council” there is a certain program of work that is being executed but when you hear the work “collective” it implies a wider and more loosely defined consulting, guidance and advisory work.

Different species will have different councils and different collectives organised that are providing immense energetic value to their evolution and to their collective choices. Now that we have given you this introduction we can talk a little bit about us, the Sirian Ashkeru beings and how we chose to provide guidance to our wider collective via the means of the Sirian High Council and the Tribunal Council of Sirius.

By the use of the word “council”, you are now aware that these councils are there to provide specific bodies of work, they are there to make choices and recommendations and give us all a direction, energetic steering. We have given you an introduction and described on a high level some of our planets, you have an inkling about the scale and advanced state of our space fleet. Given the wide variety of our species and the wide variety of our activities in all domains, it was important that we have a council that is able not only to have the complete knowledge of this complete picture but also to see and scan ahead and connect to the Akash of our genetic lines to provide steering and  choices  and put signposts along the way for us to follow. Therefore, we have formed the Tribunal Council of Sirius.

The Tribunal Council of Sirius is a council that is made up of ninth dimensional and upwards non-physical Sirian collectives that represent the various genetic lines, the various planets and the various cycles of service we have been providing. This can be the service to the Galactic Federation, the service to other species we cooperate closely with, the service to ourselves, the progress of our science, the mental and the emotional state of the collective and these collectives come together, and they provide one aspect of each and thus form the council. It is impossible to tell you in numbers how many members participate in the council for the council is not physical and the members that participate are elect aspects of non-physical collectives. So, instead of giving you a third or fourth dimensional description we will give you a more appropriate higher-dimensional description and that is the Tribunal Council of Sirius is energetically strong enough to have a complete view of all our activities across all cycles of our history and have a complete view and knowledge of all our progress. It can see as far back as Lyra, and it can see as far ahead as beyond our current stage. The Tribunal Council of Sirius is there not only to cyclically assess the unfolding of events and their impact but to also steer direction and then as the collectives bring information up to the Council and propagate information down from the Council to all of us as appropriate, then we all get to sit with the information and decide how we want to proceed with it.

The Tribunal Council of Sirius is ultimately responsible for the steering of all planetary activities, all space activities and our positioning at large within the Galactic Federation. The Tribunal Council of Sirius has a huge mandate that takes spiritual aspects into account but is not exclusive. For our spiritual steering and guidance we look to the Sirian High Council. The Sirian High Council has existed for millions of years and it was formed by the first ascendants of the Sirian beings that are now called Ashkeru and moved on to planets that are now orbiting Sirius A. The Sirian High Council at this point in its evolution sits at the eleventh dimension, sits very close to Source and Unity Consciousness, and it is that level of consciousness that we all aspire and look towards whether we are fifth dimensional, sixth dimensional, seventh does not matter; we have the Unity consciousness as our steering point for we know that this is what beckons us. And we know that when all of us collectively reach that point in the eleventh dimension, we will then have completed the expression of Source that we set out to embed and we will fully ascend, we will complete our Akashic records, we will complete our journey and we can only hope that our legacy via the Akash will resonate further  as we choose other modalities and other spaces in the Universe to propagate Source in other ways.

So you see, for us the Sirian High Council is very clearly the representation  of our collective spiritual journey and then the Tribunal Council of Sirius ensures that, on a practical level, what we do, how we do it and when we do it, creates an optimal journey for our collective towards that point in the eleventh dimension that the Sirian High Council is holding space for us. The Sirian High Council has been channelled on Earth for millions of your years by various channels and its impact has been profound. Most Sirian collectives or indeed beings that are interacting with Earth humans have received very clear guidance from the Sirian High Council to ensure that the messaging is in line with the overall journey of our energetic blueprint as a species. And as we have previously described in great detail when we were introducing ourselves in prior transmissions, this here Group that refers to themselves as The Sirians, us, we are made up from an element of the eleventh dimensional Sirian High Council as appropriate.

We hope this transmission has given you some understanding of the wording used commonly when you interact with channelled material and it has given you a glimpse into how we organise ourselves. The Sirian High Council is very active in all affairs that pertain to the Earth and more often than not it chooses to infuse itself very discreetly and graciously, rather than in a very visible, ostentatious manner. So, rest assured that the Sirian High Council is extremely aware of the Earth and extremely aware of the resonance of the collective.
